Thank you for shopping at Minotaur Studios website and Minotaur Studios app.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite
You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with
Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined
under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same
meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

* Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded
by You on any electronic device, named My App

* Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this
Agreement) refers to Minotaur Studios LLC, PO Box 52 Albany OR 97321.

* Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

* Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

* Service refers to the Application or the Website or both.

* Website refers to Minotaur Studios, accessible from

* You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company,
or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or
using the Service, as applicable.

Cancellations

If the items are claimed in a live stream, putting back and or swapping items,
or cancellation of order is not permitted. Once an item is claimed in a
livestream, or purchased from us directly from our website (not live sale
orders), or in person, the order can not be cancelled. The only Cancellations
that are accepted are customers purchasing outside of the US, and those are
approved on a case by case basis requiring the customer to email us at the
address below within 24 hours of purchasing or claiming and before the item
ships.

Returns

If an item or order needs to be returned, the customer must contact us at this
email (mondo@minotaurstudios.com) within 48 hours of the delivery date on the
carrier's website that delivered their package. This is a request, which is
handled on a case by case basis. If the return is approved the order must ship
out within 48 hours of the return being approved via email, and the tracking
number and carrier information included in an email to
(mondo@minotaurstudios.com). Once the order is received and inspected the
order or item will be refunded within 7 business days of receiving and
inspecting the items here at our business.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

* The Goods were not used or damaged

The following Goods cannot be returned:

* The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
* The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be
returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
* The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health
protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
* The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature,
inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet
the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot
be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by
applicable law.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You
should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment.
Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable
to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received
return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to
you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the
returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had
the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the
refund to the gift giver.

Information Concerning the Right of Withdrawal – For EU/EEA Consumers Only

The following provisions apply exclusively to consumers residing within the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA).

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
The goods must be sent back or handed over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may use the electronic withdrawal form available via the 'Submit Withdrawal' button on our website.

If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (e.g., by email) without delay.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
