   Thanks for stopping by, we host a weekly Live event Saturday and Sunday afternoon(& sometimes Monday!) Where we showcase our ever expanding selection of cabochons, facets, spheres, beads, fossils, crystals, and more. We primarily stream to TikTok, but we are at work on expanding to other platforms.

 

 

New Here?

  If you are new to the Minotaur Meadow we ask for two things to keep track of your claims and make them available for purchase after the live. 

  - Register an account with us under your social media username. Only that and a valid email are required. For TikTok users please use your @Username. This is what we use to track your claims, not your Nickname.

  - After you have claimed something for the first time ever, we ask that you pay a small deposit here before adding on to your order. While it is non-refundable it's not an extra charge, it goes right towards your weekend total as a credit. It even can cover shipping for small first orders.

 

 

Live Sale Process:

 Enhance your Live Sale experience with our exclusive Live Sale Companion Easily browse available stock using the searchable and filterable Inventory List, and request materials directly from the interface. Stay ahead of the sale by viewing the Upcoming Items queue, and keep tabs on your purchases in real-time with the detailed Claim Tracker.

   Items are shown during the live with two methods to claim, Unique items and Waves. Each will have a clearly marked number. This number shows the price in USD.

 

 -  Unique items are labeled with a simple number letter code (4B, 12OPE, etc.) Just be the first person** to type the code shown to add it to your basket.

 -  Waves are when multiple items of the same material are shown at a flat price. To claim these you only type the price in chat. When buying multiple please claim with price first. For example a $3 Wave would be 3x2, 3x6, 3*12, etc.

 

 **Due to the nature of Live chat, you may see comments in a different order than we do. Claims will go to the first person on our screen.

 

 

Checking out after the live:

 Every Monday or Tuesday depending on the length of the Live. You will see a bright green banner at the top of the website with a link to your bin. They are completely private, so you must be logged in to view your own.

 We will send out an email with your cart info as soon as it's ready. This email will also contain both a detailed PDF, and CSV file for all my spreadsheeters out there.

 If you would like to hold your order, bundling this weekend's items with the following and shipping together, you are now able to select the Hold shipping option at check-out!
